Emphasizing active learning, this course teaches the basics of grant and proposal writing, culminating with the distribution of two $5,000 grants to local nonprofit organizations.
This class is comprised of 40 undergraduate students at James Madison University with diverse backgrounds and areas of study, linked by a common thread of wanting to learn more about the grant writing process.
